Alveotherm technology

  • The DEL Premium Alveolar cover is the result of 100% CF group R&D technology. It is a bubble cover made of 550 microns polyethylene with alveolar technology. It is manufactured with a welded edged finish around the entire perimeter for a very aesthetic appearance and good resistance over time.
  • The alveolar cover is adjusted to the size of the pool to block over 99%* of evaporation, which saves water: for a 4.00 x 8.00 m pool, losses are limited to around 180 litres of the 200 litres evaporated in a day with 2 hours of swimming. It also saves energy: the phenomenon of evaporation drives to cool the water.
  • The DEL Premium Alveolar cover has solar heating capabilities for free and clean energy as well as insulating qualities to limit heat loss: +7%* vs Geobubble 500?m. This performance is due to significantly reduced thermal bridges (-19% compared to Geobubble bubbles and -39% compared to conventional round bubbles).
  • The patented shape of the alveolar bubbles associated with a maximised PE film offer a long life time to the alveolar covers.

Tips

  • It is imperative to install the cover with the bubble side on the water.

  • Use a roller for easier use.

  • It is imperative to protect the cover with an opaque sunscreen (when stored on a roller) to protect it from UVs.

  • Remove the cover in case of shock treatments and wait for the disinfectant level to drop before positioning it back.

  • Do not swim under or jump on the cover.

  • Lower the production of automatic disinfection appliances when possible.
