Technical specifications

AN EXCEPTIONALLY STRONG COVER

  • The Supergreen is an exceptionally strong cover over time due to its material that has excellent tear-resistant properties. Its manufacture also gives it very good durability: 3-stitch sewn straps under the cover and PVC protection against abrasion on the coping under each strap.
  • Polyethylene 235 g/m² mesh stabilised against solar UVs, perfectly aesthetic and durable, excellent tear-resistance (weave 2100 N/5 cm and weft 2300 N/5 cm).
  • Very fine and tight weave (89 % opacity) to limit photosynthesis.
  • high-strength straps sewn 3-needle under the cover.
  • PVC protection under each strap.
  • Surrounding strap and grid on the lengths and widths (maximum spacing 1 m for safety covers).
  • Serial number identification for traceability and production process monitoring (for the Supergreen safety cover).

Tips

SUPPORT WIRES

  • Mandatory for widths over 6.00 m.

  • Support wires are highly recommended in regions where snowfall is regularly heavy. Indeed, the weight of snow on the covers
may cause irreversible damage to your installation (in the absence of support wires, it will be advisable to remove snow
regularly to prevent it from accumulating).

  • How to calculate the number of support wires?

The number of cables is determined according to the length of the pool (round up to the nearest whole number): (Length of
    pool / 3) -1.

    Example for a 7.00 x 12.50 m pool: number of support wires = (12.5/3) - 1 = 3.16 or 4 wires.
