CSR initiatives

CSR: CF Group France commits!

CF Group France commits and implements specific actions within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). To illustrate this commitment, discover some of the actions implemented within our French sites, whether it concerns the daily work of our employees or our production workshops.

Recycled paper

All our daily printing at CF Group France, as well as the printing of our technical manuals, is done on 100% recycled paper.

Precious water

No more plastic bottles! We have installed water fountains on all our sites and reusable water bottles have been distributed to all employees.

Programs for professionnal integration

Whenever possible, we use the services of ESAT company for people in rehabilitation (maintenance of green spaces, mailing, assembly of samples, various subcontracting...).

5-streams waste sorting

In order to optimise the sorting and therefore the recycling of all the materials used on our production sites, the 5-stream sorting (paper/cardboard, metal, plastic, glass, wood) is being gradually deployed on all our sites.

Industrial waste’s recycling

The offcuts of liners and slatted covers that allow it are recycled into new raw material: less waste, and more raw material available!

A less polluting car fleet

Each time we change the cars in our French fleet, priority is given to electric vehicles, with the parallel installation of recharging stations in our sites’ car parks.

Photovoltaic panels

After feasibility studies, photovoltaic panels have been or will be installed on our various sites. In Pia (66 , Perpignan - South of France), 250 photovoltaic panels have been installed with the objective of reducing the site’s electricity consumption by 50%!

Optimised heating

At the Brece site (35, Rennes - Brittany), we have set up summer/winter locks to use the heat generated by the compressors to heat the production workshops.

Reduced packaging

We are removing plastic packaging from our advertising, catalogues and brochures. We are also increasingly reducing the use of polystyrene in our product packaging in favour of cardboard alternatives.

Because small streams make big rivers, every action counts!
