CUSTOMISE YOUR ROLLFIT

STEP 1 : MECHANICS

MOTORISATION:

  • 2 motorisations and 2 fixings available:
    • Motor in a dry pit - insert mount fixing.
    • Tubular motor - insert mount fixing.
  • The power is determined depending on the pool dimensions and the depth at which the Rollfit is installed: 120, 250, 500 or 750 Nm.
  • Motors have automatic end-of-runs using an internal sensor and electronical counting (excluding the dry pit version of 120 and 250 Nm which has mechanical systems with setup in the motor).
  • Controlled by key switch, insert mount key switch (indoor use), Wi-Key or LivePool Cover (option).

TUBE:

  • 20-micron anodised aluminium.

ELECTRIC BOX:

  • Motor anti-blocking safety feature: stops the opening when abnormal force is detected on the cover, particularly if the safety kits are not unlocked.
  • Can be connected to multiple control devices.
  • Large boxes for easy wiring and diagnostics.
  • Connected to other equipment:
    • Stop/Go Flow: when the cover is operated, filtration is stopped to prevent cover disturbances caused by water circulation.
    • Stop Salt: informs the electrolysis device that the cover is opened or closed so that it can automatically adjust the treatment level (for compatible electrolysers).
    • The Stop Salt and Stop Flow functions can be used to control other pool equipment (e.g. lighting).
  • Electronic limit switches:
    • Integrated diagnostic aid with default display.
    • Independent management of opening and closing limit switches to facilitate adjustment operations.
    • New motor anti-blocking safety feature: improved sensitivity, active during opening and closing.
  • Mechanical limit switch motors:
    • Robust electromechanical control box that can be repaired using numerous spare parts.
    • Resettable electrical protections.

STEP 2 : SLATS

  • Opaque polycarbonate slats: 1 colour available
  • Solar polycarbonate slats: 7 colours available
  • Opaque PVC 84 slats: 2 colours available
  • Opaque PVC 69 slats: 4 colours available

STEP 3 : LOCKING KITS

At the start and end of the automatic cover:

  • Pushlock: 6 colours available
  • Quicklock: 3 colours available (Unavailable with opaque PVC 84 slats)
  • Strap locking (Unavailable with opaque PVC 84 slats)
  • 4 types of Pushlock fixation are available

STEP 4 : RAILS

The rails are installed to facilitate the passage of the slats when the automatic cover is being rolled and unrolled.

STEP 5 : BEAMS

  • 20-micron anodised aluminium beam.
  • Dimensions: 150 x 100 mm.
  • 1 beam in the upper part and 1 beam in the lower part to keep the decking vertical.
  • Special profile shape including a groove to snap the deckings.

STEP 6 : DECKING

  • Decking to be covered by yourself with on-site lining (20 mm thick). Details available in Rollinside decking choice step.
  • For other types of decking, please consult the technical department.

STEP 7 : PACKING

Options

WINTER SHIFT / PROTECTIVE SHIFT

Remember to order your winter shift (Ivernea) or protective shift (Ivernea Plus) to protect the slats from UVs and dirt

INFINITY POOL

Infinity water level control box for the french standard NF P90-308 compliance of the cover on overflow pool.

MECHANICS

•Junction box : The classical junction box to connect the motor cable to the cables coming from the electrical box. •Junction box gel : A useful soft translucid gel that protects electrical junctions against humidity damages while keeping them accessible. •Motor cable length 15 m : Possibility of controlling a motor with a 15 m cable (as standard our motors are shipped with a 3 m cable). •Motor cable (over 15 m - max. 20 m) : Price per linear metre, subject to validation by our technical support. •Earth-grounding (with collar) : The earth grounding and its paddle clamp enable the removal of eddy currents to the ground (essential for metal panel pools) Ø 50 mm and Ø 63 mm. •Stainless steel tube surcharge (pool widths up to 6 m) : An alternative solution to meet your customers' expectations. A highly aesthetic finish thanks to the optimised tube treatment.

CONTROL

• Extra Wi-Key emitter: maximum of 3 emitters per receiver. • Remote Wi-Key receiver box: required if the emitter is installed far away from the receiver or if a building disrupts the passage of the radio waves. • LivePool Cover (Bluetooth®): opening and closing of the automatic cover with a smartphone thanks to the LivePool Cover application.

STEP UNIT - SLATS

For roman stairs (Ø up to 3 m and Ø from 3 to 4 m), trapezoid stairs (Base up to 3 m and Base from 3 to 4 m) and square stairs (Base up to 1.50 m and Base from 1.50 to 2.50 m) : • Nordic white opaque polycarbonate slats •White or grey opaque PVC 84 slats • White, beige or grey opaque PVC 69 slats • Blue opaque PVC 69 slats : 6 to 8 weeks lead time • Solar polycarbonate slats : 6 to 8 weeks lead time • Slat cut-out (per m) • Overflow guide (each)
