HEAT GENERATORS

  • The solar polycarbonate slats are genuine solar panels which enable the heating of the pool water.
  • They are a genuine heating system.

ADAPTABLE TO ALL POOL CONFIGURATIONS

  • Thanks to 3 different end-cap sizes and to its rounded shape, the radius corner end cap enables the slats to adapt to any pool configurations.

EASY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

  • Assembly by sliding is a patented system which facilitates the assembly and removal of slats. This assembly is possible thanks to the removable end caps.
  • The traditional clipped assembly method remains possible.

WIDE RANGE OF COLOURS

  • Anti-photosynthesis solution with opaque black or transparent colours on the underside for a luminous night-time appearance with the pool lighting visible even when the cover is closed.
  • Wide range of heating capacities with varying solar performance depending on the colour.

EXTRUDED POLYCARBONATE SLATS

  • Width 69 mm / Thickness 13 mm.

WATERTIGHTNESS THANKS TO GLUING

  • Watertightness sealing made inside the slat.
  • Using this technique, the slat size can be adapted on site. Once the slat has been cut to size, a new plug is fitted (available from the spare parts catalogue) it is then easy to refit the original end cap.

BLACK END CAPS

  • Fitted on each end of the slat.
  • 3 sizes available: S (15 mm), standard (25 mm), XL (35 mm). They can be used to adjust by more or less 1 cm per side (or 2 cm per slat). By default, our orders are shipped with standard end caps.
  • Special radius end caps for corners and stairs.

  • The Crystal black and Absolute black slats have an opacifying treatment to limit the development of algae in the profile joint.

  • There can be significant variations in solar polycarbonate slat colours.

  • A cover contributes to reducing environmental impact by significantly limiting evaporation and therefore water loss in the pool, while also providing economic benefits.

  • To make slat assembly easier in tight spaces, we offer two assembly methods. If you choose sliding assembly, please indicate this on the order form:
    • Sliding assembly

    • Clipping assembly

  • OUR SLATS ARE HAIL PROOF: Tests carried out by an independent laboratory (approval n° 33121) show that polycarbonate slats are highly resistant to hail.
    • Polycarbonate slats remain perfectly watertight for hailstone sizes up to 4 cm (the size of a golf ball).

    • Polycarbonate slats remain perfectly functional and allow the cover to be opened and closed even after being hit by 5 cm hailstones (the size of an egg).

  • Solar polycarbonate slats are incompatible with bromine treatments.
