6-MOTORISATION
Motor :
- Motor with mechanical End-of-Runs: 120 and 250 Nm motors, Motors 24 V DC low voltage,
- Motor with electronic End-of-Runs: 500 Nm motor with backup handling, micro-processor control, 24 V DC power supply. End-of-Runs controlled by a magnetic sensor in the motor. Control programmed in the electric box.
The motor protection is provided by:
- A magnetic-thermal circuit breaker in the control box for the 120 and 250 Nm motors.
- A fuse in the electric box for 500 Nm motors.
End-of-Runs:
- Mechanical for the 120 Nm and 250 Nm motors.
- Electronic programmable for the 500 Nm motors.
Integrated Salt Chlorinator Signal:
The control box can send the information: a cover unrolled (pool closed) to the electrolysis unit (if available) which will automatically regulate the treatment power.
Controlled by Wi-Key, key switch or LivePool.
7-WALL UNITS
- Wall thickness of 20 cm to 26 cm (other sizes on request).
- If the pool is wider than 8.00 m: Ø 45 mm shaft
8-ELECTRIC BOX
- External wall fastening kit to the box making installation easier (for 500 Nm motor).
- Tropicalised electronic boards for greater robustness.
- Terminal blocks that can be disconnected facilitating the electrical connections (except for motor and mains power connectors) (for 500 Nm motor).
- Automatic stops : used to stop opening when an abnormal effort on the cover is detected.
- Independent control and power supplies for greater robustness (for 500 Nm motor).
- STOP/ GO FLOW. Filtration is coupled to the automatic cover. This option is used to stop the filter pump from running when the automatic cover motor is working. It prevents water flow from interfering with the cover movement. This option is also used to link a light or a other material to the automatic cover
- STOP SALT: treatment (salt electrolysis) is coupled to the automatic slated cover and get the information whether the cover is opened or closed to adjust automatically its disinfectant production (for electrolysis integrating this option).
