STEP 1 : MECHANICS

• Tubular motor delivered mounted in the tube for an easy installation.
• The power is determined depending on the pool dimensions: 120, 250 Nm.
• Motors have automatic end-of-runs using an internal sensor and electronical counting.
• Controlled by key switch, insert mount key switch (indoor use), Wi-Key or LivePool Cover (option).

SIDE SUPPORTS:

• White composite plastics.
• Widened cable opening with its cable protection cover.
• Special small plate for shell pools (option).
• 2 fittings available:
  • Standard fixing: surface mount.
  • Hanging mount fixing: on brackets (option).

TUBE:

• 20-micron anodised aluminium.

ELECTRIC BOX:

• New motor anti-blocking safety feature: stops the motor when abnormal force is detected on the cover, particularly if the safety kits are not unlocked. New version with improved sensitivity and active during opening and closing.
• Can be connected to multiple control devices.
• Large boxes for easy wiring and diagnostics.
• Integrated diagnostic aid with default display.
• Independent management of opening and closing limit switches to facilitate adjustment operations.
• Connected to other equipment:
  • Stop/Go Flow: when the cover is operated, filtration is stopped to prevent cover disturbances caused by water circulation.
  • Stop Salt: informs the electrolysis device that the cover is opened or closed so that it can automatically adjust the treatment level (for compatible electrolysers).
  • The Stop Salt and Stop Flow functions can be used to control other pool equipment (e.g. lighting). In the case of Pushlock automatic, an additional control box must be installed.

STEP 2 : SLATS

• Opaque polycarbonate slats: 1 colour available
• Solar polycarbonate slats: 7 colours available
• Opaque PVC 84 slats: 2 colours available
• Opaque PVC 69 slats: 4 colours available

STEP 3 : LOCKING KITS

At the start and end of the automatic cover:

• Pushlock: 6 colours available
• Quicklock: 3 colours available (Unavailable with opaque PVC 84 slats)
• Strap locking (Unavailable with opaque PVC 84 slats)
• 4 types of Pushlock fixation are available

STEP 4 : BEAM SUPPORTS

• Insert mount supports
• Surface mount supports: Only this support model is compatible with the Securiwall separating wall.
• Adjustable hanging mount for liners
• Adjustable flat hanging mount

STEP 5 : BEAMS

• 3 colours available (white, beige or grey).
• 100 x 100 mm or 120 x 100 mm (higher bending resistance).
• Lacquered aluminium.

TELESCOPIC SUPPORT FOR BEAMS:

• Telescopic support for pool width up to 8 m:
  • Indispensable for 100 x 100 mm beams over 5.05 m wide.
• Available for pit up to 1.35 m.
• Optional beam reinforcement for heavy use.
• Middle support for beams - for pool width between 8 and 10 m:
  • Indispensable for combining two beams and thus equipping an 8 to 10 m wide pool.
• Available for pit up to 1.35 m.

STEP 6 : DECKING

IPE WOOD DECKING:

• Smooth finish.
• IPE wood has no resin or splinters.
• 140 mm slats, th. 20 mm.
• Class IV, naturally rot-proof.
• Weight: 22 kg (1.00 x 0.90 m).
• As the decking is a natural material, colour and appearance may change over time.
• For indoor pools, the decking must be reinforced in the factory (to limit natural warping due to the lack of ventilation/aeration in the room).
• Dimension maximum of the decking: 1.40 m.
• Adhesion: Class R11 (according to EN 15165).
• Examples of calculations: Pool width 3.50 m: four 1.00 m elements + cut to size cost. Pool width 4.80 m: five 1.00 m elements + cut to size cost.

ALUMINIUM DECKING:

• 3 colours available: white, beige or grey.
• Elements assembled by slotting into each other.
• 2 possible aesthetics: the aluminium decking can be installed on either face.
• Dimension maximum of the decking: 1.40 m.
• Examples of calculations: Pool width 3.50 m: four 1.00 m elements + cut to size cost. Pool width 4.80 m: five 1.00 m elements + cut to size cost.
